System to ban prosecutions on Problems is turned down by all five primary Northern Ireland events

Proposals to ban Problems prosecutions had been yesterday turned down by all five of Northern Ireland’s primary events.

On Wednesday, he declared a statute of limitations on all prosecutions related to the Problems up to the signing of the 1998 Very good Friday Settlement.
